Dark Glassy Tiger Butterfly (Parantica agleoides)

Those photos of Dark Glassy Tiger Butterfly (Parantica agleoides agleoides) above were taken in Bengkulu Sumatra Indonesia.  This butterfly at a glance resemble the Tirumala gautama and Parantica aglea. The main characteristic of this butterfly is the white streaks and spots on both fore and hind wing over dark brown background color. The head and thorax are black spotted with white (polka dot)
