Metallic Bluish Green Cuckoo Wasp (Chrysis angolensis)

Those photos above were taken in Bengkulu Sumatra Indonesia. The insect at those photos is Metallic Bluish Green Cuckoo Wasp (Chrysis angolensis). It is from the family of chrysididae from genus of chrysis. The size is about 12mm. It is very beautiful wasp, the color of metallic bluish green was shining so bright when i saw it flew at my backyard garden. This wasp is so hard to be photographed because it moving from one flower to another quickly. The thing that also interesting is its shining metallic blue abdomen. The other interesting fact is the sting...it is so huge for this little wasp. You can see the image of this sting here.
