White Argiope appensa in Sumatra Indonesia




Photos of the white Argiope above were taken in Bengkulu Sumatra Indonesia. The species above is from white Argiope appensa. This argiope has white color of its body. At the body, there are six black spots at the upper part of body where the biggest spots are two at center . Its legs are black covered with white hair at the base of its feet. The head is black ornamented with white color drawn regularly and delicately at almost all over its head. The overall size is about 50mm-70mm.
