Orange skipper (Taractrocera archias), Sumatra Indonesia




Those photos above were taken in Bengkulu Sumatra Indonesia. This skipper has orange hairs over its head, thorax and abdomen. At its black fore wing and hind wing also marked with large portion of orange marks. The overal body  size is about 10 to 12 mm. This skipper is Taractrocera archias. It is from the family of Hesperiidae.
