Epipedocera rollei Beetle, Sumatra Indonesia

Photos in this post were taken in Bengkulu Sumatra Indonesia. This beetle is from the family of Cerambycidae under genus of Epipedocera. The species name is Epipedocera rollei (Pic, 1910).

This small longhorned beetle has black backgroud color of head, thorax and elytra. It has pale white band  at the thorax right before the abdomen resembling to a collar. The sutellum is pale white, the elytra has pale white to yellow oblique raised ivory-like bar at middle on each elytron.

It has short and broad head. The thorax is rounded at the side. The body looks slender. The length is about 8mm.
